Human Resources Manager

Large global content management and publishing services provider seeks a Human Resources Manager for its growing U.S business. The HR Manager will be a business partner responsible for recruitment, administration, legal compliance, employee relations, payroll and benefits, performance management, compensation, training assessment/delivery, and organizational development. Must have demonstrated record of initiative and must be a self-starter.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business managers.
  • Manage full employment cycle, from hire to on-boarding, development, and termination.
  • Oversee talent acquisition/recruitment.
  • Supervise legal compliance.
  • Manage and support integration of HR systems of units in the U.S. and abroad.
  • Handle compensation and benefits management.
  • Review current HR policies and frame new ones.
  • Oversee performance management.
  • Oversee Employee Engagement.
  • Supervise learning and development.
  • Assist acquisition teams.
  • Travel to U.S. locations.

Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated HR Generalist experience and understanding of HR functions as they relate to a variety of aspects (recruitment, legal compliance, performance management, compensation, organizational development, inclusion, associate relations, change management, etc.).
  • Bachelor's degree. Human Resources Management certification a plus.
  • A minimum of two to four years of experience in positions of increasing responsibility in Human Resources.
  • Must be an excellent problem-solver; must be able to work independently.
