Human Resources Manager
Large global content management and publishing services provider seeks a Human Resources Manager for its growing U.S business. The HR Manager will be a business partner responsible for recruitment, administration, legal compliance, employee relations, payroll and benefits, performance management, compensation, training assessment/delivery, and organizational development. Must have demonstrated record of initiative and must be a self-starter.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business managers.
- Manage full employment cycle, from hire to on-boarding, development, and termination.
- Oversee talent acquisition/recruitment.
- Supervise legal compliance.
- Manage and support integration of HR systems of units in the U.S. and abroad.
- Handle compensation and benefits management.
- Review current HR policies and frame new ones.
- Oversee performance management.
- Oversee Employee Engagement.
- Supervise learning and development.
- Assist acquisition teams.
- Travel to U.S. locations.
Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated HR Generalist experience and understanding of HR functions as they relate to a variety of aspects (recruitment, legal compliance, performance management, compensation, organizational development, inclusion, associate relations, change management, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree. Human Resources Management certification a plus.
- A minimum of two to four years of experience in positions of increasing responsibility in Human Resources.
- Must be an excellent problem-solver; must be able to work independently.
