Sales Account Executive, Clinical Markets

This position, based on the West Coast, will promote and sell clinical reference programs to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology markets.

This person will be the top sales gun in the West Coast for prominent medical information company based in Northeast. Must have experience in the following:

• Consultative selling experience and track record in pharma/biotech/healthcare industry.
• Understanding of subscription-based software product sales.
• New business development skills.
• Relationship-building skills.
• Acting as the lead contact, advocate, and product consultant throughout the lifecycle of the client products, from pre-launch to off-patent.
• Managing call lists and territory assignments through salesforce.com.
• Must be an independent self-starter.
• Obtaining customer and competitive information through daily research to help build new business for future.
• Must be comfortable in a highly entrepreneurial environment.
