Kathy joined Bert Davis over ten years ago, after having had a substantial career in the publishing industry. As a Vice President for the search team, Kathy works with a wide variety of companies, from traditional blue chip publishing firms to new media companies in e-commerce and e-learning. Prior to coming to Bert Davis, Kathy spent thirteen years in the publishing industry working as a sales and marketing specialist in a variety of areas. Her experience in both the publishing and the search businesses makes Kathy a strong contributor to the Bert Davis group and a knowledgeable consultant to the industry at large.

Bob is the newest member of the Bert Davis team. Bob has spent more than 20 years in publishing, bookselling, and e-commerce. While working in senior sales and marketing roles for major professional and consumer publishers (including John Wiley & Sons, McGraw-Hill, and Ziff-Davis), Bob became an early adopter and advocate for new media technology and e-commerce. In 1997, he joined Amazon.com and played a pivotal role in implementing best practices in sourcing, operations, and business development for trade and professional publishers and markets in the U.S. and abroad. His experience in the fundamentals of publishing and the new requirements of e-commerce provides our clients with valuable perspective in a changing industry.
