SILVER EDITIONS APPOINTS SUSAN POSKANZER AS

EDITORIAL DIRECTOR

We are pleased to announce that Susan Poskanzer has joined Silver Editions as Editorial Director. Silver Editions is a New York City-based, full-service packager serving the K-12 educational publishing market, and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Integra Software Services headquartered in India.

 In her new role, Susan will be responsible for working with clients to conceptualize and develop content, as well as to lead the company’s editorial development through to finished pages. She will serve as Silver Editions’ in-house expert on Pre-K-12 content across all disciplines.

Susan arrives at Silver Editions from Quarasan, where she was Vice President, Product Strategy. At Quarasan, Susan was part of the management team that led the conceptualization, editorial/visual content development, and delivery of Pre-K-12 products.

Previously, Susan served as Editor-in-Chief at Pearson Education Development Group, and had editorial leadership roles at McClanahan & Company and Harcourt Brace Jovanovich. She has also worked as an independent contractor conceptualizing and developing new products for a wide range of basal and supplemental educational publishers.

Susan has a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and a Masters in Education from Bank Street College of Education.
