PDR NETWORK APPOINTS ERA PRAKASH AS

DIRECTOR, PRODUCT MANAGEMENT, EMERGING PRODUCTS

We are pleased to announce that Era Prakash has been named Director of Product Management for Emerging Products at PDR Network. In this role, Era will be responsible for spearheading the design, development, and deployment of new products, including formalizing early concepts and market research into a comprehensive product strategy.

Era arrives at PDR Network from First DataBank Inc., where she held a series of progressively responsible product management positions. Most recently, as Product Manager for International, she had product management and leadership responsibility for the development of a new international drug database.

 

Prior to First DataBank, Era was an Administrative Resident at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia. She has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland and a Master of Health Services Administration from George Washington University.

 

PDR NETWORK APPOINTS JOHN LOUCKS AS VP, SALES

We are pleased to announce that John Loucks has joined PDR Network as VP, Sales.

In this role, John will lead PDR Network’s sales organization in its transformation to a more regulatory-focused sales effort, selling an integrated bundle of electronic and print services on a subscription basis.

John has 20 years of high-performing software sales experience, including 10 years in the health/life sciences vertical. Most recently, John was VP, Global Sales for Oracle’s Health Sciences Global Business Unit, which in July 2009 acquired Relsys International, a global provider of drug safety solutions software. While Chief Customer Officer at Relsys from 2006-2009, John helped drive revenue growth by building a world-class solutions sales team and aggressively building both existing and new client relationships.

Prior to Relsys, John spent 12 years in software sales management roles at SAS Institute and 14 years in software sales and product engineering at Digital Equipment Corporation. John has a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Northeastern University.
