ASSESSMENT TECHNOLOGIES INSTITUTE APPOINTS

BILL ALIBER AS CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

We are pleased to announce that Assessment Technologies Institute (ATI) has named Bill Aliber as its Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Bill will work with the senior management team to drive growth, oversee financial information and systems, and develop plans for future strategic direction.

Bill arrives at ATI from RHI Entertainment (formerly Hallmark Entertainment), where he had a number of increasingly responsible positions. He was most recently Chief Financial Officer of the entire organization, managing financial reporting, planning, and forecasting. He was previously EVP/CFO of Crown Media Holdings, Inc. and SVP/CFO of Hallmark Entertainment.

 

Before joining Hallmark, Bill served as Assistant Vice President of the Energy Division at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company. He has a Bachelor’s degree from Brown University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.

MIKE DAHIR AS DIRECTOR, CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT

We are pleased to announce that Assessment Technologies Institute (ATI) has named Mike Dahir as Director, Corporate Development. In this role, Mike will lead the company’s efforts in evaluating, analyzing, and supporting its efforts to grow aggressively through acquisitions. He will play an integral role in all facets of the acquisition process, including research, screening and analysis of potential opportunities, negotiations, due diligence, and post-closing implementation.

Mike arrives at ATI from Ad Trend, LLC, a start-up development company for outdoor advertising sign investments based in Overland Park, KS. There, he served as Principal, creating the company and building its portfolio. Prior to Ad Trend, Mike held a number of increasingly responsible corporate development and M&A roles at Sprint Nextel Corporation.

He has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Kansas, as well as a CPA certification.

ASSESSMENT TECHNOLOGIES INSTITUTE APPOINTS

STEPHEN FREDETTE AS CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

We are pleased to announce that Assessment Technologies Institute (ATI) has named Stephen Fredette Chief Executive Officer. In this role, Fredette will manage the operations of the organization, including customer service, fulfillment, technology, R&D, sales, and production. He will also have oversight of the company’s financial and analysis controls, and will act as Chief Sales Executive for large transactions.

Fredette arrives at ATI from Kaplan, Inc., where he most recently served as Executive Vice President of Kaplan Financial, a division created from the integration of Dearborn Financial Services, EMind, and Bisys Education Services. Steve previously held the title of President, Perfect Access Speer, another division of Kaplan that provides technology and productivity education services to large law firms.

Prior to joining Kaplan, Fredette served as President of Electronic Systems Associates and held several senior management roles at LANSystems, Inc.

Fredette has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance from Siena College.
