MARK DORMAN NAMED PRESIDENT FOR LOISLAW

Mark's broad experience includes successful leadership roles in designing and building market-specific electronic product applications and the marketing strategy and execution for both Gartner, Inc., and LexisNexis UK (a division of Reed Elsevier).

Mark spent 4 years in senior management roles with LexisNexis. As the Head of Strategy for LexisNexis UK, Mark was a key executive on the Reed Elsevier project team responsible for developing organic growth globally. At LexisNexis, Mark's primary focus was to deliver new business models and opportunities to drive growth in key global legal markets in the U.S. and UK.

Mark's previous experience includes developing new markets and a field sales force for NextCall PLC, a start-up UK Telecommunications Company as well as founding his own private investigation and security consultancy firm in Scotland. He attended the prestigious Royal Military Academy at Sandhurst.

Mark brings a unique blend of experiences to the WK Legal executive team. Working closely with the Loislaw management team, Mark will build upon recent initiatives and help lead the business to greater success in the months and years ahead.
