Bert Davis Executive Search was founded in 1977. Since then the firm has grown to be the largest executive search organization in the publishing and information industries with 16 full-time employees. Our firm is market specific to the information industry with specialties in book, magazine, newspaper, internet, dot-coms and database companies on a national and worldwide basis.

We have developed a unique approach using a team of executive search professionals with previous communication industry experience to conduct a search for our clients. This results in a continuous stream of qualified candidates, resulting in a search process offering our clients a choice, rather than settling on a single candidate in what has become a tight employment market.

Our average consultant has 10 years experience with our firm. The additional benefit of this many years of experience is that it enables us to conduct the most thorough reference check in the industry.
